Audi has officially pulled the wraps off its new Audi A1 Facelift. The refreshed model comes with minor changes in design and new three-cylinder engines.
The 2015 Audi A1 facelift benefits from a restyled front grille, rectangular fog lamps, redesigned side sills and different paint combinations.
Inside the cabin, the compact car boasts an updated MMI infotainment system and a wi-fi hotspot function. There is also the Audi Genuine Accessories package that provides various customization options.
As far as the engine lineup goes, Audi will be offering the fuel efficient A1 facelift with a 1.0-litre TFSI petrol engine developing 95 bhp and a 1.4-litre TDI unit that generates 90 bhp. The engine lineup also includes a 1.4-litre direct-injection petrol burner rated at 123 bhp or 148 bhp if it features a cylinder deactivation system, a 1.6-litre diesel which pumps out 114 bhp and a 1.8-litre packing 189 bhp. The top of the line versions S1 and S1 Sportback continue to be powered by the 2.0-litre TFSI engine that puts out 231 bhp.
The 2015 Audi A1 facelift also sports an electromechanical power steering system and adaptive damping.
