Great news from Mazda. A car fan just waiting for fresh news on super cars? Well then get ready to be delighted as the famous producers have launched a brand new car.
The 2016 CX-3 has been unveiled in Los Angeles. According to the producers it seems that the entry-level crossover will be up for sale starting next year.
Curious about the car’s power? You might like to know that for the USthe CX-3 will be powered exclusively by a 2.0-liter SKYACTIV-G petrol engine. Europeans will also be able to enjoy the 2016 CX-3. However for Europe the entry-level crossover will receive two 2.0-liter SKYACTIV-G petrol engines and the new 1.5-liter SKYACTIV-D diesel engine.
Front-wheel drive will be standard on both European and North American models. Also it’s important to know that all-wheel drive will be optional.
As far as exterior aspect goes it’s all about novelty. The 2016 CX-3 has sweptback headlights, plastic body cladding and a prominent grille. And this is not all as the list of great features is quite long. We can say that the CX-3 is easy to spot due to the curvaceous body work and a blacked out C-pillar which has been designed to resemble a rear window.
Inside the car things look just as great. Circular air vents, metallic trim and gloss black accents give the car it’s unique flavour. It’s important to mention that for the interior designers drew inspiration from the Mazda 2 model.
