Special news coming for Mercedes fans. Recently one of the companies most awaited for cars has been spied.
Mercedes GLC has been spotted testing on a banked track. As far as information available so far show the car was being tested on Mercedes’s oval test track located in Stuttgart.
The track is no less that 3 km (1.86 miles) long and has a 90-degree banked turn at the north west end we just might say that is a great space for the second generation GLK that will be commercialized as GLC to show off.
Regarding the car great news is in order as the new model will drop the boxy shape in favor of a more curvaceous body and will better reflect it’s connections with the similarly-sized C-Class.
And similarities with the C-Class relatives will continue even under the skin as the new car will be transformed into a crossover. Engines are another aspect where the GLC will resemble the C-Class. More to the point the new car will have a twin-turbo V8 4.0-liter.
The new Mercedes GLC is also set to grow in size in order to better distance itself from the GLA.
