The Spanish based carmaker Seat recently confirmed the availability of the gorgeous 2018 Leon Cupra R in the United Kingdom.
Even if the hot hatch has been awaited for so long, it will not come cheap. The carmaker is asking no less than £34,995 and will come in a limited-run of just 29 examples in the UK. Worldwide, only 799 vehicles will be built.
The Cupra series has always delivered exquisite looks and quite a powerful punch in the engine department, and the new 2018 Leon Cupra R is no exception. It is highlighted by a turbocharged engine with six-speed manual transmission and 310 horsepower.
The power allows a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.8 seconds, at a topping of 250 km/h. Other performance features that ensure the car`s agile characteristics and make it the most powerful Cupra ever built, also involve sport exhaust system, modified camber angles on the front axle or four piston Brembo brakes calipers and differential.
Visually, the 2018 Seat Leon Cupra R brings the automaker`s design philosophy to a whole new level, thanks to the sportier looks enhanced by large air intakes and copper accents, adding as well a plethora of carbon fiber components.
The carbon fiber aero kit comprises a new rear spoiler and rear diffuser, lower lip spoiler and carbon fiber side skirts. All in one, the car`s new design features make it magnificent, especially with the adding of the new wheels, finished in matte black and gunmetal.
