BMW M2 Coupe has been spied again. And just to bring fans closer to the super car we have spy images that show the vehicle testing in the snow. Most likely the car will be presented at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show. It is believed that the final variant will only be introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
Under hood arsenal sounds good as BMW M2 Coupe will benefit from a 3.0-liter 6-cylinder turbocharged engine developing approximately 380 HP (279 kW). The car will take the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in just 4.4 seconds, while it is known that it will have a top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).
As hinted by the head of product development Carsten Priest, the new BMW motor will be linked exclusively to a six-speed manual transmission.
Though heavily camoufaged the car has the super BMW flavour. And to give you more details, the new Coupe is expected to go into production this fall. Not only this but the M2 will bring a series of novelties especially for the brand fans.
Basically this means that the new M2 Coupe with an optional xDrive all-wheel drive system might be available for purchase late 2015. Also clients who want the xDrive setup will have to wait until 2017.
