Thanks to Aussie publication PerformanceDrive, we now have the first details of the all-new 2018 Citroen C3 arriving Down Under with the special price of $23,990. The model is also offered with a five-year or unlimited kilometer warranty for all available C3, which is more than a convenient offer.

The good part is that the model also comes with an extra of $3,000 worth of goodies. The bad part is that the offer will be limited until the stock lasts. After that, the price will go up. This is part of the company`s strategy of boosting sales of the C3 on the local market.

For the extra $3,000 package you get plenty of exclusive features at the exterior as well as inside the cabin. It starts by adding a choice of no less than 33 colours to choose from. Then, there is also the same Airbump technology, equipping other new models within the lineup, like the C4 Cactus.

Other main highlights, otherwise mention in the full list below, refer to 17-inch diamond-cut “Crossway” alloy wheels, climate control auto headlights and wipers, and many inside the cabin.

Speaking of interior customizations, you get the 7.0-inch touchscreen for the dashboard, which is standard on all models, along with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, rear-view camera, or multi-media support. The new safety features are also available and refer to lane departure warning, driver attention alert or speed limit recognition, among the newest.

Under the hood, the 2018 Citroen C3 uses a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol three-cylinder engine, with 81 kW, being sent to the front axle via a six-speed automatic transmission. Full details are provided below via Aussie magazine PerformanceDrive.

”Available as no cost options (subject to availability) include:

17-inch diamond cut ‘CROSSWAY BLACK’ alloy wheels
Body-coloured roof
Bi-tone Opal White roof (not available with Polar White)
Bi-tone Sport Red roof (not available with Ruby Red).

Further customisation is available via six options including:

Almond green solid paint: $290
Metallic paint: $590
Urban Red interior atmosphere: $150
Hype Colorado interior atmosphere: $400
Citroën ConnectedCAM: $600
Panoramic glass roof: $600.”
