Ford F-150 Raptor R Lands in Europe with a Price Tag That Changes the Whole Story

Having been roughly in the market since 2021 and sporting the fourteenth-generation mask of the most prolific trucks of Ford, the model has landed in Europe with an estimated cost of an equivalent of €135,422.

In Europe, the more extreme version of the Raptor is the Raptor R which requires no presentation. This is the real competitor of RAM 1500 SRT TRX and is powered by the high-performance 5.2-liter supercharged V8 engine of the company, which has 720 horsepower and 868 Nm of torque.

It is much more impressive than the ordinary F-150 Raptor that has a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6, which has a power of 450 horses and a torque of 691 Nm. In this one, the 0-100km/h sprint takes approximately 5.5 seconds. All the wheels have the power channeled through a 10-speed automatic transmission.

Going back to our Raptor R, the luxury truck is also equipped with a ten-speed automatic transmission with high performance. However, it also comes with a two-speed transfer case that handles the job of putting everything down, and the result is an amazing 3.6-second run from 0 to 100 km/h. And that, my friend, is properly quick, quick enough to sit close to old supercar territory, with the Ferrari Enzo`s notable 3.65-second sprint from 0 to 100 km/h.

The truck advertised by Hollmann International wears Shelter Green on the outside and Black Onyx leather inside. It rides on 17-inch light alloy wheels fitted with all-terrain tires and arrives with a long equipment list, including a B&O sound system, head-up display, 360-degree exterior illumination, rear privacy glass, a power-sliding rear window, power-adjustable pedals with memory, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, front and rear tow hooks, a power tailgate, rain-sensing wipers, and remote engine start.

There is more, actually. Rubber floor mats, an overhead console, a general stowage box, and a few other extras are also part of the package.

The catch is the price. This Raptor R is described as a brand-new vehicle with only delivery miles, and it is already certified to Euro 6 standards. The asking figure is €135,422, which the listing equates to $156,639 at current exchange rates. In the United States, the F-150 Raptor R starts at $79,005. Seen from that angle, the European premium is not just steep. It is nearly double.
