Super news coming from Subaru for their car fans. Recently the company has unveiled one of their much awaited for models. Subaru Forester tS has been presented in Japan.
For the new Subaru production will be limited to 300 units and pricing starts at ¥4,350,000 ($36,875 / €29,565 / £23,495). Wonder what makes the new model different from the standard one? Well magic is found in the aggressive look.
First let’s take a look under the hood to see the goodies that the new Subaru brings. Power is given by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine equipped with an optimized ECU that produces 280 PS (206 kW) and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque.
Feature list counts an STI-branded grille and 19-inch forged aluminum wheels, front and rear spoilers, a tailgate-mounted spoiler, black accents and a sport-tuned suspension that reduces the ride height by 15mm.
Not quite covinced by the arsenal that producers offer? No need to worry as styling just might be the definitory factor. More to the point magic continues inside the cabin where leather / Ultrasuede sport seats with red contrast stitching and embossed STI logos await future drivers and passengers.
No only this but the model also has carbon fiber trim and piano black accents, a leather-wrapped sport steering wheel, a push-button ignition, additional sound deadening material and an STI-branded speedometer. Also it’s important to mention that he Forester tS has a strut tower brace, a flexible rear subframe support and flexible front / rear draw stiffeners and a retuned suspension.
