S63 AMG Coupe from Mercedes was unveiled at the New York Auto Show. At the time the high – performance model had a sporty front fascia with a single bar grille, gloss black accents and massive air intakes.
A front splitter, a rear diffuser and a four-tailpipe exhaust system were also a part of the S 63 AMG Coupe impress arsenal.
Great styling story continued in the cabin as the S63 AMG Coupe came equipped with Nappa leather sport seats and a three-spoke AMG sport steering wheel with aluminum paddle shifters. Too short of a list for you? No problem, because highlights included wood or carbon fiber trim, a digital instrument cluster and a widescreen infotainment system.
Moving under the hood good news just keept coming. The S63 AMG Coupe accelerated from 0-60 mph in approximately 3.9 seconds before hitting an electronically limited top speed of 186 mph (299 km/h). Magic was provided by a twin-turbo 5.5-liter V8 engine that produces 577 bhp (430 kW) and 664 lb-ft (900 Nm) of torque.
Recently MEC Design has introduced the new S63 AMG Coupe. The new model brings importnat chages, but just for the exterior. To name just a few we have a lowered suspension and a stainless steel sports exhaust system. The car also has an ECO-Mode deactivation system, 22-inch alloy wheels and MEC-branded floor mats. Power specifications remain the same.
